Tim is a real estate attorney who has been selling residential real estate across the country for 28 years. His main roles are to list property for sale and to use his UCLA law school degree and trial lawyer experience to negotiate contracts. You want Tim on your side when negotiating. He negotiates our transactions as well as teaches negotiation to other agents. Tim is a long time resident of Palos Verdes with a background in real estate development and construction. The success of our Internet presence is due to his passion for incorporating the latest technology in the real estate business. Tim has been married for over 30 years and has two children, one of whom works with him on the team.

Ken is the most experienced member of the Team, with decades as a Realtor. Ken is a graduate of the California Institute of Technology (Cal Tech) with a degree in Civil Engineering, so he can tell you all about the structures of a home. Starting in 1953, Ken was a contractor and subdivider on the Palos Verdes Peninsula, custom building hundreds of homes and creating such subdivisions as Sunnyside Ridge Road, Rocking Horse Road, Coach Road, Park Place (with Burrell Lane), and Lunada Pointe. For many years, he was a principal of Burrell Realty, specializing in selling lots and luxury homes. Many of the contractors currently working in the South Bay were trained by Ken. He may have even built some of the homes or the neighborhoods that he shows you.
