Moving from San Jose to PV was a very stressful time for us (selling our old house, buying in an area we weren't very familiar with, etc.). However, the one thing we never had to worry about was the dependability factor of our realtors, Laurie and Tim. We knew we could call/email Laurie or Tim and have our questions/concerns answered immediately. Great team--we couldn't have asked for more. One other thing that's worth mentioning... I couldn't tour the homes with Laurie and my husband because I was still in San Jose. Laurie took panoramic pictures of two homes and emailed them to me, which made our house hunting time more efficient and convenient. She even spent Mother's Day showing us homes around PV because she fully understood our need in finding a house ASAP. We were quite impressed.
